It's a Secret!

Based on the book by John Burningham

Where do cats go when they go out at night?

A guided treasure hunt to a secret night time party, created specifically for families.

Based on John Burningham’s picture book of the same name, It’s a Secret! transforms your location into a playground for cats of all ages.

Guided by an interactive passport, masked audience members travel through the city at dusk, solving riddles and following clues to discover the location of a secret party.

The secret party features a DJ, fireworks and a very special audience with Her Majesty The Queen of the Cats. A bespoke outdoor venue is transformed by our design team, which includes Oscar-winning Australian design icon, Tim Chappel.

Dress Code: PJ’s or anything that’s right for a party.
Rules: Leave it all on the dance floor.

My kids and I went to It’s A Secret! on Saturday night, the cat dance party. We had the best time we have ever had. It was an amazing memory that will bring us joy for years to come. The kids were absolutely thrilled and danced their hearts out. Thank you for making such a wonderful family event.

“Our world is in a crisis of disconnection, loneliness, political extremism, civic disengagement, and social deprivation. But Secret! reminded us all that feeling connected, being engaged, and doing it all with great roaring joy are right there!”

“Exceeded expectations on the fun-o-meter! I felt like a kid again.”

  • We acknowledge the following organisations for their generous support. With their help, Club House is able to achieve our creative goals.
